Meet Our Owner
Hall Family Investors, LLC
HFI is owned by an investment group that includes the owner of Luxor Homes, Inc., Randy Hall. Randy brings over 25 years of experience in helping Northwest Indiana families achieve homeownership in new quality construction.
The Rent2Own Program was created by Randy in 2007 amidst a housing market downturn. Randy recognized that bankers tightened their approval process and families were struggling. Knowing from personal experience that life is full of hurdles, he wanted to offer a solution for families that may have sustained temporary job loss, medical emergencies or other loss. They had little opportunity to create stability through home ownership.
